• Advance amount of 40% of the total invoice amount has to be paid. Rest 60% along with shipping and other charges to be cleared before dispatch.

• Interest @ 3 % per month or part thereof will be charged. If Bill is not paid on due date as per contract.

Return & Refund Policy:

Returns:

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and opening video.

• Opening Video is must.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, refund amount will be processed within 7 days.

Buyers will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Else, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs of purchase are nonrefundable.

Cancelation policy:

A confirmed order is eligible for cancellation up to 48 hours. After which the advance amount is not refundable.

Shipping Policy:

Domestic : Delivery within 7 to 10 business days upon the order is ready to ship.

International: Delivery within 15 to 20 business days upon the order is ready to ship.

Note: Shipping will be Standard shipping and chargeable on actual.

         We are not responsible for delays due to customs and courier.

Customs & Import taxes:         

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
